At De Lux, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns. You can choose to receive your refund as store credit, which includes the original shipping fee, or as a refund excluding the original shipping fee. For size issues or other fit problems, contact us via email for assistance.

We strive for perfection with every product, ensuring each one passes a thorough quality control process. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at deluxnailllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

If you need to add, change, or cancel items in your order, please email deluxnailllc@gmail.com promptly with your order number and the details of the changes you want to make. Once an order has been fulfilled, modifications are no longer possible. We will always try to fulfill your order as soon as possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For USA Orders:
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 USD. Check the announcement bar at the top of the page for details. Free shipping orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after fulfillment.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-4 business days.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. While most packages arrive on time, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders placed before 12:00 AM PST usually ship the same day (Monday-Friday); otherwise, they ship the next business day.

For International Orders:
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 12-30 business days.
Priority Shipping: Typically takes 6-12 business days.
Shipping rates for international orders will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected options.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties required by their government. We cannot declare your package for any value other than the total retail value of the goods.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by your tracking information not updating. Sometimes, it can take the shipping carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number hasn’t updated or is not working a few business days after you received it, please email us at deluxnailllc@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue for you!
